The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making, and fostering exceptional communication skills. They will have a proven track record of delivering results, thinking strategically, and working collaboratively across functions to drive consensus and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads, prioritizing targets to ensure alignment with short- and long-term growth requirements
* Identify and engage key prospects and partners, effectively communicating the value proposition for their business and use case
* Lead efforts to generate and expand relationships with key partners and associates, driving business development activities from exploration to launch and expansion
* Contribute to the development of marketing tools, processes, and best practices
* Represent marketing holistically in front of key partners, involving other teams as necessary

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
* Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
* Experience communicating results to senior leadership
* Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics such as live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
* Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
* MBA
