Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Growth Manager to focus on promoting and selling our Capital specific products across various industries. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our larger sales and service teams in our Cash Connect, Card Connect, and EasyPay Money Market divisions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific territory while also providing support to other territories as needed. Key qualifications include strong business acumen, attention to detail, relationship building skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Capital specific products to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams in Cash Connect, Card Connect, and EasyPay Money Market divisions to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Provide support to other territories as needed, ensuring the successful implementation of Capital specific products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling credit to B2B clients, with a strong understanding of business finance. At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry is preferred.
A competitive salary of R40,000 per annum, including a lucrative commission structure, will be offered to the successful candidate. Additional benefits include a petrol card, airtime allowance, annuities, and opportunities for career growth and development.
