Job Requirements

We are looking for a Business Development and Revenue Strategist who can drive sales growth in the B2B market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Payment Services industry and be able to build market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

The role requires developing a growth strategy for the portfolio, focused on achieving monthly targets and revenue growth. This includes keeping abreast of market research to identify new markets and customer needs, ensuring delivery of annual revenue targets through a full and diversified product mix.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering annual revenue targets, managing the Sales pipeline, and closing relevant pipeline opportunities.

Key qualifications include 5-8 years of solution sales experience in the Payment Services industry, knowledge of the payment landscape and/or payment services in South Africa and Africa, and industry technology knowledge on emerging technology such as Cloud, PaaS, and networking.

A 3-year commercial degree or equivalent qualification is required, and a mid-senior level position with full-time employment is offered in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
