About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment and HR Administrator to join our team in Bosch Africa. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment cycle, including interviews, screening, and appointment of fresh talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment cycle, ensuring timely completion of tasks and efficient processing of candidate applications.
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for junior positions, developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Business Partners with recruitment cycles for senior positions, leveraging sourcing methodologies and tools to meet current attraction techniques.
  • Leverage innovative methods of sourcing talent, such as direct sourcing, networking, data mining, and internal referrals, to increase pipeline capability and capacity.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in practical human resources administration, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
