Job Title: Huawei Business Development Manager

Compulsory Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the market and achieve sales targets for smart PV services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and provide professional solutions and services.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project progress and completion on time, meeting customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competition analysis, providing timely feedback on market information and customer requirements to inform business development.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through industry exhibitions and activities, increasing visibility and influence.

Other Key Competencies/Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical, electronics, energy, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of sales or market expansion experience in the smart PV industry, with a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and promote project progress.
  • Strong market analysis and judgment abilities, with the capacity to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and product knowledge, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
  • Reputational excellence and high levels of integrity, with a results-driven approach and strong communication skills.
