Huawei Senior Network Planning and Optimization Expert

The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the overall network performance and user experience, identifying weaknesses in the network and implementing measures for improvement, predicting network dynamic changes, and managing major performance risks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic solutions and guidance to clients, ensuring their expectations are well-managed.
- Assure service delivery contract compliance, engaging with senior-level client management and providing internal support or coordinating with other departments.
- Understand customers' business objectives and requirements by gaining insights into networks and customers, participating in business solution development, customer guidance, implementation, and value presentation, and helping customers achieve their business objectives.
- Lead network inspections to ensure customers' targets for network modernization are achieved.
- Have deep knowledge of LTE/UMTS network planning and optimization principles, with rich experience and technical capability, and 5G knowledge is essential.
- Have adequate knowledge of delivery processes for new build projects, professional managed services, swap projects, and network insight.
- Be able to design deliverable solutions for network planning and optimization, review and identify risks for planning and optimization service solutions in complex scenarios, and clarify and guide solutions to customers.
- Be able to formulate technical implementation solutions in network planning and optimization delivery projects, perform end-to-end technical management, and project management by subcontractors or partners.
- Have excellent value management and presentation capabilities and be able to value solutions and deliverables.
- Have a sense of teamwork, good communication and expression skills, strong sense of active service, positive and enterprising work attitude, and desire for knowledge.

Education and Experience
1) Bachelor's degree or above in communication, electronics, and computer-related majors (graduation certificate, degree certificate).
2) Have rich experience in engineering/maintenance service analysis in the mobile communications field (referred to as candidates with network optimization experience or background).
