Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, familiarity with business software, and a high level of confidentiality. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media
  • Screen resumes and applications
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Participate in initial interview rounds, if required
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing employee welcome kits and gathering necessary paperwork
  • Ensure all new employee documentation is collected and accurately filed
  • Assist in exit interview preparation and documentation
  • Help maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) or databases
  • Organize and digitize physical employee files as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, including answering basic questions about health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
  • Help with the coordination of company events and team-building activities
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
  • Assist with ensuring that the company remains compliant with local labor laws and regulations
  • Support audits by gathering and organizing required documentation

Requirements

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel
