We are seeking an Experienced Restaurant Hostess for our established Restaurant in Polokwane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and Greet Guests: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great dining experience.
  • Manage Reservations: Make and follow up on bookings to ensure seamless service.
  • Process Transactions: Conduct daily cash ups of the restaurant session using Micros point of sale system.
  • Support Team: Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to achieve excellent service standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Must have previous experience in a Restaurant reception or as a Server.
  • Communication Skills: Polite, friendly, and well-spoken individual with strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Micros point of sale system and computer literate.
  • Education: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
