At Autorecruit, we're seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our organization, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the organization, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with staff and clients;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including employee information, client details, and project status;
  • Preparing and distributing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, booking meetings and appointments, and managing calendars;
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial tasks, including expense tracking and data analysis;
  • Providing support to other departments as needed, including HR, IT, and operations;

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a related field such as business administration or office management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
