Inventory Management:
  • Conducting regular counts and maintaining accurate records of both finished products and raw materials
  • Coordinating with the Purchasing Department to order new raw materials as needed

Shipping Duties:
  • Preparing weigh bills and managing shipment logistics
  • Liaising with customers and Sales Representatives regarding shipping timelines
  • Updating shipping records in the CRM system
  • Monitoring production schedules to guarantee timely dispatch
  • Reporting any shipping delays or issues to management and keeping all relevant parties informed
