Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Assistant to join our team at Persona Staff.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between R 250,000 - R 350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to consultants, including answering phone calls, maintaining office activities, and ensuring efficient project coordination. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, directing them to the relevant personnel or taking messages as necessary.
  • Assist consultants with projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records, collate reports, and prepare regular updates for management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book venues, and manage printing requirements as needed.
  • Organize appointments and meetings, scheduling conflicts efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage office supplies, ordering and maintaining stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Cultivate a productive work environment, ensuring staff well-being and morale.
  • Analyze and present data, highlighting trends and insights that inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • A reliable means of transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Additional Considerations
  • Prior experience with Pastel software would be advantageous.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
