Financial Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Accounting Services as a Special Projects Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to complete projects by performing tasks such as data collection, report creation, research, and business plan conceptualization.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Relevant finance diploma or degree.
- One to two years of experience in a similar role.
- High competence in using Microsoft Office tools, Pastel, and other software applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
