Role Overview:
Rory Mackie & Associates is seeking an experienced Investment Assistant to support the Wealth and Investment division. As a key member of the team, you will partner with the Wealth Manager to provide operational and administrative support, ensuring seamless client experiences and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize administrative processes for the investment manager, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with clients to onboard, open accounts, process payments, and address ad hoc queries.
- Record client instructions, maintain accurate records, and engage with external product providers.
- Support the investment manager in client query management, resolution, and relationship maintenance.
- Attend training seminars to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and financial planning/investment planning certification.
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure.
