Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate administrative applications and ensure smooth operations within the Tower Group.
• Allocate, monitor, and supervise the administrative section to ensure it runs effectively.
• Invoicing of administrative applications for surveys and maintaining accurate records.
• Updating the fee book and maintaining financial records.
• Co-ordinate FEC applications for invoices and funding coordination with the bank for funds received.
• Checking supplier invoices to quotes and coordinating invoices for authorisation.
• Follow up on queries from creditors and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and load EFT supplier payments and maintain accurate beneficiary information.
• Forward remittances to clients to indicate payments made and prepare credit notes as required.
• Handling enquiries/queries on customer invoices and supplier invoices, and compiles repatriations for remittance.
• Ad Hoc projects within the operations, admin and finance departments are also undertaken.
