Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at LMP RECRUIT. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store, including sales reporting, order management, and product data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Online Store Operations: Oversee the daily tasks related to the online shop, including sales reporting, order management, and product data management.
  • Product Data Management: Ensure all product descriptions, images, and other product information are up-to-date and accurate.
  • E-Commerce Stock Management: Plan and maintain a sufficient stock holding, forecasting, and managing inventory levels.
  • Website Content Management: Maintain the general website content, including uploading pages, new campaigns, and implementing changeovers.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to drive traffic, plan promotions, and increase revenue.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and prepare monthly reports on e-commerce/website metrics, including web analytics and product sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide daily communication with customers to answer and resolve customer queries.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build retention and acquisition strategies to build customer database and segment customer communication.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with web development and technical teams to assist with website improvements.
  • Customer Journey Development: Monitor and build customer journeys that drive conversion.
  • Third-Party Communication: Daily communication with third-party service providers, including couriers, warehouse, and other business units.
  • Budget Management: Manage e-commerce expenditures and budget.
Requirements
  • Relevant Diploma: A relevant diploma or degree in a related field.
  • E-Commerce Experience: 5-10 years of experience in an e-commerce environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
