About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at LMP RECRUIT. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online shop, including sales reporting, order management, and stock control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management
    • Ensure all product descriptions, images, and information are up-to-date and accurate.
    • Manage product listings, including adding new products and updating existing ones.
  • Stock Management
    • Plan and maintain a sufficient stock holding to meet customer demand.
    • Forecast and manage stock levels to minimize waste and excess inventory.
  • Website Management
    • Manage the overall content of our website, including uploading new pages and implementing changes.
    • Work with the marketing team to plan and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide daily communication with customers to answer and resolve queries.
    • Build and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and acquisition.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Design and prepare monthly reports on e-commerce metrics, including sales, website performance, and customer behavior.
    • Monitor and analyze website analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement e-commerce strategies.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to improve website functionality and user experience.
Requirements
  • Relevant diploma or degree in a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on operations and management.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO, display social, email, and paid media.
  • Experience with e-retail management and maintenance.
