At Arvo, we value individuals who can drive results and exceed expectations. As a Junior Dialler Administrator, you will play a critical role in our night shift team.

Accountabilities:

  1. Drive campaign success by efficiently managing and maintaining the dialler.
  2. Partner with the operations manager to achieve optimal campaign execution and communicate results effectively.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and optimise calling lists, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  4. Monitor dialler performance in real-time and adjust strategies accordingly to meet campaign objectives.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports using Dialler specific Data, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for dialler-related issues.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience working in a contact centre environment or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of IT / Dialer systems and their applications.
  3. Able to work flexible schedules, including night shifts (4pm – 4am), and adapt to changing requirements.
  4. Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Power BI and SQL (desired).
  6. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret data effectively.
  7. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
