Sales and Partnerships Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an Acquisition Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition growth and identify new business opportunities at Vodacom. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and promote Vodacom's products and services, Conducting needs analysis and presenting tailored solutions to customers, Negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets, Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers, Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales or business development, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Estimated Salary Range: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
