Job Summary:
Merchants is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Criminal and credit clearance.
- Strong command of the English language.
- English written and verbal fluency.
- Will to work evening shifts/weekends.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- At least 6 months call centre experience.
