Job Overview
eRecruiter, a key player in the insurance landscape, enables insurers to connect with digital distribution channels and administer their claims cost-effectively. We are looking to hire an Enterprise Senior Account Executive in South Africa.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new revenues by sealing partnerships with Medium to large insurers and insurance brokers in West Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Sales territory by conducting outbound sales campaigns aimed at winning business for eRecruiter.
  • Build a healthy pipeline of business to reflect the potential for eRecruiter in the region, and work to qualify viable opportunities to close business in the medium term.
  • Meet or exceed a sales quota for net new business with targeted customers (insurers or brokers) over the reporting period.
  • Jointly manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, with support from leadership within eRecruiter.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on the ground, within your region, to coordinate customer engagement on sales activities; discovery, demos, proof of concepts (POCs) etc.
  • Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage the entire sales process, providing accurate and timely reports on deal statuses.
  • Channel feedback from the market, customers and prospects to eRecruiter, to enhance our product offering and market position.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of Business 2 Business sales experience, selling to Financial Services Institutions/Enterprise businesses in multiple countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably in Enterprise Technology Solution Sales.
  • Highly disciplined, and self-motivated - to execute well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands sales process and the need for timely updates.
  • Goal-getter, creative thinker & solution oriented.
  • Agile learner with a competitive spirit.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks such as consultative selling, MEDDIC, etc.
  • Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

What We Offer
eRecruiter offers a highly competitive salary package including an estimated annual salary of $80,000-$120,000, depending on experience, plus benefits, bonuses, and career advancement opportunities. Bonus points if you have SaaS experience, an existing network and experience selling to the insurance industry, or proficiency in Arabic, French, and Swahili.
