* Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to provide proactive insights and recommendations
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
* Manage and optimize customer service technologies and tools

Requirements:

* Proven experience in customer service or customer service management
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
* Familiarity with basic operational processes and project management tools like GoHighLevel
