Job Summary

As a Market Development Representative at HR Genie, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in the informal trade sector. This exciting opportunity requires a strong understanding of the market dynamics and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with informal retailers, including spazas, mini-supermarkets, and tuckshops.
    • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Sales and Trade Marketing
    • Support the sales and distribution targets into informal retail channels.
    • Assist in the execution of marketing plans, including activations, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 qualification.
    • Up to 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of PC operations or potential to acquire it.
  • Job Area
    • Vosloorus - Kathorus region.
