Main Responsibilities

The primary role is to deliver administrative assistance to the sales team concerning approved financial agreements, ensuring that both pre- and post-administration tasks are executed efficiently and effectively, while strictly adhering to the policies and procedures of the bank.

Sales Administration Duties

  • Establishing non-FICA compliant clients and guarantors within the bank's system.
  • Updating existing Customer Information File (CIF) data, including demographic and financial details for individuals and corporations.
  • Setting up necessary General Accounts for each client.
  • Creating vendor profiles and Vendor Payable accounts.
  • Collaborating with sales representatives to resolve queries related to specific customer setups.
  • Generating collateral on the Management System for all financial transactions.
  • Creating all finance facilities on the core banking system for new applications, increases, decreases, and modifications across all finance products.
  • Scanning and uploading essential documents to the bank's document management system.
  • Establishing drawn-down records in the core banking system for finance agreements to facilitate document retrieval by the credit administration hub.
  • Conducting watch list checks for subsequent submission.
  • Preparing manual approval documents as necessary.
  • Managing payouts and post-payout processes.
  • Performing customer maintenance and other general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Matriculation, BCOM Degree, or a relevant Diploma.

Experience Criteria

Prior experience in banking is essential.
