Job Purpose:

Vivo Energy is a leading distributor and marketer of Shell and Engen branded fuels and lubricants across Africa. With a presence in 28 countries, we have a network of over 4500 service stations and a growing customer base. We are seeking a skilled Loyalty Change Manager to drive the delivery of our new loyalty programme, managing business transformation workstreams and aligning change with technical workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive change plans for Morocco and other loyalty units to ensure successful switchover to the new loyalty programme.
  • Work with Morocco and central teams to adapt business processes and deliver training and communications to all staff.
  • Manage reporting and ensure progress, finances, and RAID issues are accurately reflected to the Project Manager and Steering Committee.
  • Create a standard change methodology to support ongoing product development.
  • Develop a stakeholder matrix and work with the unit to develop appropriate change and engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Strong change management skills and experience in delivering large-scale change programmes.
  • Understanding of loyalty programmes and customer-facing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex and ever-changing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and extract maximum value from disparate teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
  • Industry accreditation.
