About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Portfolio Reporting Analyst to join our team at Collinson. As a key member of our Transformation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that stakeholders have an accurate and up-to-date view of our transformation portfolio and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and organize information on project, programme, and product initiatives, mapping them to different lifecycle steps.
  • Provide consistent information about the scope, team, timelines, and costs of each initiative.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure up-to-date status reporting on each initiative in the portfolio.
  • Act as the custodian of portfolio data, structuring it to support insight generation and interrogation.
  • Create ad-hoc insights and reports to support decision-making for the Transformation team and CIL leadership.
Main Accountabilities
  • Generate reports and manage report templates.
  • Collect, organize, and compile data into reports distributed on a timely basis to transformation leadership and CIL LT.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards.
  • Recommend effective ways of structuring data in different views to enable leadership strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor report completion for accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Support the Transformation leadership team with the preparation of updates and management reporting packs.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to edit text into concise language for reports and presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to deliver reports according to requirements and strict deadlines.
  • Strong skills in graphical presentation of data, with knowledge of databases and computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Capacity to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems.
  • Ability to work effectively with a group of global stakeholders.
