Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced temporary Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- To maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- To perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- To assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and statements of account.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Afrikaans is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of debtors experience and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
