Job Title: Executive Administrator
Main Purpose of the Job: To provide high-level administrative support to the Provincial Office.
Key Performance Areas:
- Coordinate and manage the Provincial Manager’s diary and provide executive secretarial support.
- Plan, coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the province.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and manual filing systems.
- Perform provincial compliance reporting and support tasks efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the provincial office.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Office Administration or related field (NQF Level 5).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a provincial environment.
- Excellent communication, advisory, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office package and basic computer skills.
