Administrative Support Officer: Mpumalanga

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the province, ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
Main Responsibilities- Switchboard Management: The ideal candidate will ensure that the switchboard is professionally managed, maintaining a high level of customer service standards.
- Visitor Receptions: They will receive visitors in a professional manner, making sure they have a positive experience upon entering our premises.
- Liaison with Service Providers: Acting as a liaison with service providers on site, the candidate will facilitate seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Internet Connectivity: Monitoring internet connectivity at the office, they will ensure uninterrupted access to necessary systems and tools.
- Data Capturing: Providing an accurate data capturing function, the candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our records.
- Administrative Support: Offering support to the province, including meeting preparation and minute taking, the successful candidate will be an integral part of our team.
