The incumbent will be working with an exciting team and assisting the Boutique Manager for a successful customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximising turnover of the boutique
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving their personal targets and contributing to the achievement of the targets of the boutique

The Assistant Boutique Manager is also responsible for direct contact with Royals and Collectors, contributing to the implementation of customer relationship programs, and ensuring strict adherence to the Richemont & Montblanc specific Retail procedures.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Retail Director, Retail Operations Manager, Marketing Department, Trainer, Clients, Richemont Dubai Shared Service, and Mall Management to achieve business success.
