About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client’s team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial bookkeeping and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, on Pastel Partner software
  • Process full Sage payroll for 25 staff members, ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Prepare and submit statutory returns, such as IRP5 and U-Filing, within deadlines
  • Coordinate debtors and creditors, including SLA and project invoicing
  • Maintain office supplies and arrange repairs/maintenance as needed
Requirements
  • Matric certificate
  • Financial bookkeeping certificate (an added bonus)
  • Essential experience with SAGE Payroll and Pastel Partner
  • Strong administration skills, including HR experience
