Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate at Numeral Financial Services Group plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and ensuring a seamless stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction
- Welcome guests warmly, providing a professional and courteous demeanor during check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner, both in person and via phone or email.
- Offer information on the property, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage room availability, coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Accurately record guest information and update the system as necessary.
- Problem-Solving and Communication
- Address and resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain open communication with management, keeping them informed of any guest feedback, concerns, or unusual situations.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain a log of daily activities, guest interactions, and incidents for reporting purposes.
To succeed as a Front Desk Associate, you will need:
- Previous Experience
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field is preferred.
- Skillset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including booking software and Microsoft Office.
This role requires:
- Long periods of sitting or standing at the reception desk.
- Interaction with guests, staff, and vendors in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Occasional lifting of light items, such as luggage or packages.
We offer an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and other factors.
