About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available at O'Brien Recruitment in Somerset West.

As a skilled Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing the front desk, including greeting guests and maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will also coordinate daily operations, including move-ins, onboarding, and administrative tasks, build strong relationships with clients, and gather feedback.

In addition, you will manage accounts receivable and support client events, perform various tasks, such as light cleaning, mail delivery, package handling, meeting room setup, and administrative support, and travel between branches as needed.

A competitive salary of R 30,000 - R 40,000 per month is offered.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Driver's license and own transport
  • 2-3 years of Front of House experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service, operations, and sales experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive, customer-first attitude
