We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Director to join our team at Ananzi.

About the Job: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the human capital needed to provide labor to clients, as well as overseeing the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organise and arrange the human capital needed to provide labor to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (civil or structural), construction management, building studies, quantity surveying, or a related field.
  • A minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in project management software, construction management software, and cost estimation software.
