Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff in the Healthcare Centre and Clubhouse
  • Ensure that daily meal services are provided to residents in accordance with menu and dietary requirements
  • Prepare and allocate clubhouse lunch table seating plans
  • Ensure that daily trolleys are packed correctly and cleaned in line with hygiene procedures
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness in designated areas
  • Assist with event setup and floor planning, ensuring smooth running of events
  • Meet and greet new residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Report any equipment anomalies or discrepancies to the Food Service Manager
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food services or related roles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of serving etiquette and basic wine knowledge
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of R 7,000 Cost to Company per month, plus Sundays remunerated at time and a half, public holidays double, and quarterly bonuses paid every 3 months. We offer a fixed salary, no tips, and a supportive work environment.
