Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm, attentive, and prompt service.
  • Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring manuals, SOPs, and logs are consistently updated and effectively implemented.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including training and supervising staff, maintaining food health and safety regulations, and addressing customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Relevant Hospitality diploma or experience.
  • Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel sector.
  • Familiarity with restaurant duties and procedures.
