As part of our Customer Care Automation team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance the user experience. This includes leveraging internal rules and data, as well as AI, to create seamless and efficient interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and advocating for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
  2. Leading the prioritization of initiatives and features to meet the needs of riders, drivers, and customer care teams
  3. Driving the discovery process by producing, testing, and validating product ideas for the rider and driver app experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful products, preferably in domains involving automation, AI, or customer care. Strong collaboration and communication skills are also essential for success in this role.
