Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and identify potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
* Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and budgets
* Communicate the value of our product effectively to potential customers
* Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for qualified leads with the sales team
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads
* Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
* Experience in the SaaS/IT industry essential
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales or lead generation experience
* Experience in phone-based roles
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Goal-oriented and driven to exceed targets
