Job Title: Rainmaker: Paid Media Specialist

At ShopriteX, we're seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our Rainmaker Media team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through the effective use of paid digital advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize ad delivery efficiency and effectiveness through successful digital campaign execution.
  • Ensure data, technology, and strategy work together to optimize ad delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and technology teams to implement integrated ad campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver digital campaign plans.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, provide recommendations, and optimize performance.
  • Provide analysis and insights for reporting, including post-campaign reporting.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and budget execution.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and advise on new channels and approaches.
  • Monitor digital media properties to adhere to best practices and provide technical assistance.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media advertising or digital campaign management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns across multiple touchpoints and channels.
  • Proficiency in paid advertising tools (AdWords, Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, tracking, and verification tools).
  • Broad knowledge of the media and marketing ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools (advantageous).
