We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Specialist to join our team at Surgo PTY Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital assets for our gaming brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop digital assets for use on our clients' websites, social media, and CRM communications
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team to create social content and strategies
  • Design and offer creative input for all forms of advertising, both above and below-the-line
  • Work closely with the Retention team to create assets for CRM communications
  • Take on and action feedback from senior creatives and marketers to complete campaigns and creative for all Group projects
  • Present creative concepts to marketing stakeholders and discuss ideas
  • Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to and the highest level of work is produced, striving for continuous improvement and excellence
Requirements:
  • Digital graphic design degree or relevant qualification
  • 2-3 years' experience as a Digital Designer, preferably with agency and iGaming experience
  • Background in Sports
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS5 and up), including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Motion/Animation skills, including video and GIF creation, photography (not essential)
  • Understanding of Social Media trends and platforms
  • Active interest in the design and technology sector
  • Understanding of UX/UI
  • Portfolio to demonstrate skills and experience
  • Interest in sports and/or gaming advantageous
  • Understanding of HTML & CSS advantageous

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday, Hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days WFH
