Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance and KPIs: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, while monitoring daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure activities align with business objectives.
  2. Marketing and Advertising: Ensure all advertising platforms are regularly updated with accurate and appealing content to attract potential customers.
  3. Vehicle Preparation and Presentation: Assist with vehicle reconditioning processes to maintain showroom quality, ensuring all vehicles are ready for sale at all times.
  4. Inventory Management: Support stock purchasing decisions, assist in monitoring and controlling fuel expenditures, and participate in appraising vehicles to optimize inventory performance.
  5. Deal Management and Administration: Assist with the management and tracking of vehicle keys, support deal structuring and negotiation processes, and provide ad-hoc assistance in the absence of the manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with previous management experience being mandatory (e.g., Assistant Department Manager or 2IC in a sales department).
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
