We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Profession Hub in Akasia. The estimated salary for this position is R220,000 - R320,000 per annum.

Job Summary

The Administrative Support Specialist will assist the Technical Administrative Manager in managing and optimising all administrative and system-related processes and procedures within the organisation. This includes coordinating administrative tasks, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and support services.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Monitor system performance and address issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of IT and non-IT systems.
  • Develop and implement technical procedures and policies.
  • Operate technical systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee system upgrades, configurations, and installations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Gr 12 or equivalent (essential)
  • Qualification in Business Administration or a related field (advantage)
  • MS Office, especially Advanced Excel (essential)
Knowledge & Experience
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in managing administrative systems.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and systems management.
