Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their HR and training needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential customers.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, corporate events, and seminars representing CTU Career Chatz.
Sales & Marketing
  • Promote and sell a suite of CTU's corporate services including, but not limited to, Short Courses, Bursaries, Learnerships, and Skills Development Solutions.
  • Respond promptly to incoming queries via email or phone, understanding client needs, and offering solutions that align with our offerings.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.
  • Present services to potential clients in a structured, coherent, and professional manner.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
  • Negotiate terms of agreement effectively, ensuring alignment with both client needs and CTU's objectives.
  • Overcome objections, using a consultative approach, to secure client commitment.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, continuously reviewing performance metrics and adapting strategies as needed.
Administrative Duties
  • Accurately record sales, client interactions, and other relevant data in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the campus manager, sales director, and national sales manager.
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Essential: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with a proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably within a corporate training or similar environment (Education Sector).
  • Desirable: Diploma in Business or a related field.
