About the Role
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth in assigned accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market analysis to assess potential prospects
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal divisions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business strategies and proposals
- Pursue tenders and requests for quotation (RFQs), negotiate prices, and manage follow-up actions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring their needs are met
- Lead solution development efforts that address customer requirements and preferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales
- At least 4 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in an industrial products industry
- Excellent understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills in English and local languages
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering results
