About the Position

This role involves providing administrative support to our financial team, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and processing payments to suppliers;
  • Verify and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy;
  • Respond to payment-related queries;
  • Allocate deposits on bank statements;
  • Process journals and perform other administrative tasks;
Requirements
  1. Matric certificate with mathematics as a subject;
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting environment;
  3. Bilingual in English and Afrikaans;
Desirable Skills
  • Excellent communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills;
  • Sound numerical and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure;
  • Good organisational and time management skills;
