As a Temp Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

About the Role- Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative duties including:
- Providing an efficient and friendly customer service.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
- Administering PRP for the branch.
- Managing petty cash, cash ups, and banking transactions.
- Filing and archiving documents.
- Capturing health and safety checklists using SHEQSYS.
Your successful execution of these tasks will contribute to a seamless office experience.
About You- National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate is required.
- You must possess excellent telephonic skills to handle internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Experience in general administration, stock control processes, and working on PRP is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy is essential.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A commitment to thorough and accurate working ethics is expected.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans are required.
