Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and opportunistic individual to offer financial solutions and benefits to clients, ultimately growing the business. This position entails effectively analyzing clients' needs to provide advice on suitable solutions from a predefined package of benefits.

Job Objectives:
• To manage the long-term relationship between Liberty ECM and the client, meeting their evolving needs while positioning Liberty as the market leader and enhancing the organization's reputation.
• Identify opportunities to contribute to the growth of the organization.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and legislative requirements for compliance.
• Continuously review client portfolios to reassess needs and make recommendations, adding value to clients.
• Stay updated on products and market trends, updating own knowledge and expertise accordingly.
• Perform reporting to keep the business informed of progress.

Stakeholders:
Internal: exposure to fraud interventions to ensure policy compliance.
External: clients, including government departments, work sites, individuals, and lower- to mid-market segments.

Role Requirements:
Laptop or Tablet (essential)
Driver's license

Qualifications:
Grade 12 (essential)
FAIS recognized qualification within 6 years of DOFA

Technical Skills:
Awareness of industry and financial standings.
Understanding of current market trends.
Adherence to internal and legislative policies and procedures.
Ongoing customer service for current relationships.
Presentation abilities in formal and informal engagements.

Knowledge:
Sound knowledge of the industry, displaying broad awareness of trends and risks.
Excellent understanding of the financial industry for fit solutions based on clients' financial needs.

Experience:
Telephone and face-to-face sales experience (desirable).
