Duties & Responsibilities

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales and a strong understanding of K8 and Rapid Trade software packages. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and building relationships with customers through courteous and professional communication.
  • Providing technical product information and ensuring up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Managing sales from beginning to end, including processing orders on K8 and printing.
  • Assisting Sales Representatives with their customers and managing back orders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Afrikaans, possess a valid driver's license, and be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month when needed.
