About the Role

In this key leadership position, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to maximize revenue potential and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance, build their skills, and improve their productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including sales data, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless alignment and maximum sales impact.
