Role Summary

The Program Leadership Director will oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of our organization's programs. This strategic role involves aligning program activities with organizational objectives, managing staff, and driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the management of all program activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Lead and mentor program teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and donors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide regular reports on program performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and work under pressure.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
