Planned Talent is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our retail clients' online presence.

About the Opportunity:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies, enhancing the online customer experience and driving business results.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce management, with experience in campaign and marketing strategy development, website optimization, and analytics reporting.
  • Responsibilities will include:
    • Designing and executing online promotional campaigns to drive sales and engagement
    • Managing and maintaining ecommerce websites to ensure they are current, functional, and optimized for SEO and content enrichment
    • Analyzing and reporting on ecommerce metrics, including website performance, traffic, social media engagement, opt-ins, and conversion rates
    • Overseeing digital media efforts to effectively reach target audiences
    • Preparing regular business reports and presentations to stakeholders
  • The successful candidate will have:
    • At least 3 years of experience managing ecommerce sites
    • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
    • Google Analytics certifications
    • Proficiency in website CMS and CRM tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
